Our service
NORTON is an appointment coordination service. We help you find, book, and manage appointments with credentialed medical providers. We are not a medical provider and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to book an appointment for yourself. You may book on behalf of a minor or another adult with their consent and proper authorization.
Insurance and payment
NORTON verifies coverage with your insurer before confirming an appointment, but final responsibility for charges rests with the patient and their insurance plan. Coordination fees, where they apply, are disclosed in writing before any service.
Cancellations
You can cancel or reschedule any appointment by calling us 24/7. Provider-imposed late-cancellation or no-show fees may still apply per the facility's policy.
Limitation of liability
We coordinate appointments with credentialed providers, but we do not control the medical care delivered. NORTON is not responsible for the diagnoses, treatments, or outcomes provided by third-party medical professionals or facilities.
